    WORLAND – This Sunday, national postal rates will see some of the largest increases ever. Prices will see an all-time high of 55 cents for the first ounce of a letter, increasing 5 cents from 2018 prices. Additional letter ounces will decrease from 21 cents to 15. Those who preregistered paid the small admission fee to join the one-time class to learn the recipe for the easy European-style bread.     WORLAND – Thanksgiving week, 154 musicians and color guard members from the 2018 Wyoming All State Marching Band (WASMB) headed to Philadelphia and participated in the country’s oldest Thanksgiving Day Parade.     WORLAND – For three years, Washakie County Public Health (WCPH) has held an annual screen-free week for children of the community. Last month they held the event once again. Last year, 60 students spent 16-20 hours screen-free as a way to spend time away from their screens and to focus more on time with family. This year, WCPH saw a rise in numbers with 84 participants.
