    CHEYENNE – Bob Vines went to the emergency room at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center on July 17 with COVID-19. Now, he's in physical therapy at the Northern Colorado Long Term Acute and Rehabilitation Hospital in Loveland, Colorado, doing three hours of physical therapy a day.
