    WORLAND – A Riverton man appeared in the Wyoming Fifth Judicial District Court in Worland Wednesday afternoon and pleaded guilty to two charges from a 2014 crash that resulted in one death. As a result, Rick Lee Capellen was sentenced to 17 years in the Wyoming State Penitentiary for the Sept. 22, 2014, crash that resulted in the death of Karen Davis of Worland.     WORLAND – The first Washakie County Jackalope Jump held at the Worland Aquatic Center on Saturday March 19 raised nearly $8,500 for the Wyoming Special Olympics.     WORLAND – Banner Health will provide $1 million in hospital equipment so Washakie Medical Center can redirect funds to finish building construction.
