    WORLAND – Frontier Tire in Worland celebrated the 30th anniversary in business earlier this month. Frontier Tire started in December 1991 by Jeff Dorr, his wife at the time, Dale Hovander. They purchased the Petty Tire store at 417 N 10th Street to begin their auto repair business. Dorr said, "Naming the shop was difficult. I had many different names in mind and settled with Frontier.     WORLAND – The Washakie County Commissioners, in a presentation from Commissioner Aaron Anderson dedicated the Washakie County Library at 801 Big Horn Avenue, Suite 100, in memory of Jean Baily Healy. Worland resident Mike Healy, husband of Jean, was presented with a plaque at Saturday’s grand opening of Worland’s new library.
