    WORLAND - For 30 years the Pinnacle Bank has put on the Festival of Trees event, which generates money for local charities and non-profit organizations. The Festival of Trees event in December 2015 generated $23,790 and the money was distributed between many different local organizations. The Worland Community Center Complex (WCCC) is one of those local organizations who received a part of the $23,790.     WORLAND – The Wyoming Legislature passed bill SF0072 this year which changed the posted speed limits from 65 mph to 70 mph on secondary roads effective immediately.
