    CHEYENNE — The Wyoming Department of Health (WDH) has detected an alarming increase in reported syphilis cases across Wyoming, especially in Fremont County Syphilis is primarily transmitted through sex without a condom. There have been 34 Wyoming cases reported so far in 2018, which represents a 36 percent increase over last year’s total for the entire year.     WORLAND — Washakie County voters on Tuesday will decide whether to continue the fifth-cent sales tax and the seven entities have specific projects in mind for the revenue if approved at the general election. Both the Worland and Ten Sleep senior centers are using the current sales tax funding in much the same way, for general operations and to help with matches for other grants.     Margaret Helen Kline Allen, 97, passed away October 30, 2018 at the Worland Healthcare & Rehab Center. Margaret was born on the home farm in Glidden, Iowa on October 10, 1921 to William and Lourene Kline. She attended Glidden Consolidated Schools and graduated in 1939 as Salutatorian of her class. She played the clarinet in the school band. She was a 4-H member, went to the State Fair in Des Moines with her demonstration team.
