    WORLAND – During a recent parent night at the Worland Middle School, Worland Police Chief Gabe Elliott spoke about one of the most recent, yet most popular drug trends, JUULing. A JUUL is an electronic cigarette that currently is overtaking 72 percent of the tobacco market. The e-cigarette has the appearance of a flash drive and is charged by using a USB port.     WORLAND – The Worland Senior Citizens Center has been working for about three years to raise money for a new four-bay garage, to be placed across the parking lot from the center, to get their public transportation vehicles out of the weather. “I’m hoping by this spring we will start doing something, hopefully we will have it up next summer,” Worland Senior Citizens Center Executive Director Wendy Fredricks said.     CHEYENNE — Community leaders, members and civilian employers of Wyoming National Guard members in the Big Horn Basin are invited to a community meeting with Army Guard command in Worland Feb. 1. The 1 p.m. meeting will be held at the Wyoming Army National Guard readiness center in Worland, 1812 Washakie Ave. Additional meetings will be held in February and March in Sheridan, Casper, Lander, Cheyenne, Gillette, and Laramie.
