    YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK (AP) — A snowmobile guide has been cited for directing clients to drive onto a boardwalk next to the Old Faithful geyser last weekend in Yellowstone National Park. National Park Service officials cited the guide for operating without a valid driver’s license and not possessing proper credentials for guiding in Yellowstone.     Herbert Hugh Neufer, 76, of Worland, passed away January 17, 2018 at Washakie Memorial Hospital. The son of Herbert and Valeta (Paulson) Neufer, he was born December 4, 1941 in Belvidere, Illinois. He married Lynda Benson on April 6, 1963 in Belvidere. They moved out west to Worland in 1968. The couple later divorced in 1977. In December 1978, he married Judie Matlock and from this union Herb adopted Mike and Todd on January 30, 1981. Herb and Judie later divorced in 1990.
