    WORLAND - Installation of a new Verizon cell tower began earlier this month more than three years after getting approval from the Washakie County School District No. 1 Board of Trustees. The tower is being installed at Warrior Stadium.     WORLAND – The Washakie County Commissioners signed a three-year contract agreement with Cody Regional Health (CRH) to take over the volunteer Washakie County Ambulance Service (WCAS) at a cost of $195,000 a year.     The Worland High School Speech and Debate team took part in the Powell Virtual Invitational last weekend and came away with a victory placing first as a team over Green River, Buffalo, Lovell and Rawlins.     RIVERTON — The Riverton man who fatally shot his wife at their home in November is an officer for the Wyoming Department of Corrections.
