    With flu activity reports beginning to increase, the Wyoming Department of Health (WDH) wants residents to know they should take common-sense steps to avoid spreading influenza or becoming ill with the disease. Influenza is a contagious respiratory illness caused by a virus. Symptoms include fever, headache, extreme tiredness, dry cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose and muscle aches.     John Richard Miller, 66, a former longtime Wyoming resident entered eternal life on January 22, 2016 in Farmington, New Mexico. John came into this world on April 1, 1949 in Sioux City, Iowa to John and Dorothy Miller and was the oldest of three siblings. He was Johnny Richard in his younger years. Around the age of 2 the family moved to Rapid City, South Dakota until 1965 when the family moved to Worland Wyoming.
