    WORLAND – Worland resident Donna Moberly has been named this years “community angel” and will be honored tonight at the “community angel” dinner which takes place at the Worland Community Center Complex. The community angel is a person who gives back to the community selflessly.     WORLAND - For 30 years the Pinnacle Bank has put on the Festival of Trees event, which generates money for local charities and non-profit organizations. The Festival of Trees event in December 2015 generated $23,790 and the money was distributed between 37 local organizations. One of those organizations was the Worland Girl Scouts.
