WORLAND — Head to the Worland Senior Center Tuesday, Feb. 20, for the bi-monthly blood drive from the United Blood Services. The blood drive runs from noon to 5 p.m. at the Worland Senior Citizens Center. United Blood Services is a nonprofit community bloodcenter, providing blood and blood products for local area hospitals throughout the United States. BASIN — On Saturday two three-member teams from Riverside High School participated in the regional science bowl in Casper. The science bowl, which is funded by the Department of Energy tests high school students on questions dealing with science, math, physics and biology. Henry Edward (Ed) Hartman, Jr., age 80, passed away January 30, 2018 at the Spirit Mountain Hospice House in Cody, WY. He was originally from Casper, but has lived in Worland for the past 5 years with his sister, Yvonne Wiltsey and her husband Elmer. He suffered the last few years with a serious heart condition.
