    Worland High School Activities Director Bruce Miller announced Wednesday that the times for all basketball games at Douglas Friday have been changed. The freshman boys will play in the back gym at 2 p.m. The JV girls play at the same time in the main gym.     DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Brian Vickers is expected to replace injured driver Tony Stewart for the NASCAR season opener at Daytona International Speedway, The Associated Press has learned. Stewart-Haas Racing has scheduled a Friday news conference to discuss its plans for the No. 14 Chevrolet. A person familiar with the situation told AP on Wednesday that it will be Vickers.     MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A delegation from the Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee has returned from California with the realization that there’s much to be done before the big game comes to town in a couple years. Host Committee CEO Maureen Bausch led the delegation of about 50 to the Super Bowl in the San Francisco Bay area.     WORLAND – The Department of Veterans Affairs Outreach Clinic at 510 S. 15th Street in Worland has reopened after being closed for over a year. The clinic closed in the summer of 2014 and was recently reopened Feb. 1.     CHEYENNE – Governor Matt Mead is extremely pleased that the U.S. Supreme Court granted a stay of the Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Power Plan. Wyoming joined West Virginia and numerous other states in seeking a stay from the Court.
