    WORLAND - With the ice jam at the Worland Big Horn River bridges having moved out during the night Monday, and crews completing ice removal from Second Street east residents that were evacuated Saturday night were able to return home Tuesday.     TEN SLEEP – During the Ten Sleep School Board meeting Monday evening, after an executive session, Ten Sleep School Board members voted to extend Ten Sleep superintendent Jimmy Phelps’s contract to June 30, 2020 with a vote of three to two for the extension.
