    WORLAND - Three blocks of South First Street, south of Culbertson remain closed in Worland. Worland Public Works Director Brian Burky said the portion of the street remains closed to traffic due to a sand barrier that runs down the street for protection from flooding.     CODY (AP) — Police have arrested a man they say wounded three people by firing live rounds instead of blanks during a Wyoming gunfighter show last summer. The shooting happened at the height of tourist season in Cody, a city named for the wild West showman Buffalo Bill Cody. Mary was born on July 17, 1927 to Fritz Pearson and Myrtle Rector Pearson in Mullen, Nebraska. She attended and graduated from Mullen High School.
