    NEW YORK (AP) — Stock indexes inched ahead to record highs Friday, barely, after a late-afternoon push erased losses from earlier in the day. It caps the fourth straight week of gains for the Standard & Poor’s 500 index, its longest such streak since July.     WORLAND – During WESTI Ag Days Feb, 14-15 at the Worland Community Center Complex U.W. Extension Range Land Resources Educator Mae Smith spoke to participants about two new invasive grasses that have been found in Wyoming; Medusahead and Ventenata grasses.     WORLAND - Thirty-five Worland Middle School students have been working the past two months on their annual musical with opening night for "Blue Suede Paws" scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday night, Feb. 24.     Florence Alice Spratt passed into the Lord's care on February 9, 2017. She was 96 years young, remaining independent and active up until her final days. Florence was born in Greybull, Wyoming to McKinley Daugherty and Annie Alice (Allen) Daugherty. She had two brothers, John P. and Lester R. Daugherty. They lost both parents to illness as small children. She grew up in Ten Sleep, Wyoming and spent most of her life living and working on the R.W.
