    WORLAND — The landscape in the south side of the 700 block of Big Horn Avenue will be changing later this year when ANB Bank tears down their current two-story building and replaces it with a modern one-story building.     CHEYENNE – Under an amendment to Title 9-14-102 of the Wyoming State Statutes, the State Senate is advancing an act that effectively labels the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) as a threat to private property owners in the state, by a vote of 26 to 3, with one excused vote.     Barbara Louise Milner McClure died on February 21, 2018 at the age of 76. Barbara was born on July 28, 1941, in Kremmling, Colorado to Gordon and Alberta (Scholl) Milner. In December of 1957 she married George Reef, to this union four children were born, Theresa, Randy, Deanna and Greg. They later divorced, and Barb then married her husband of 35 years, Harold McClure, in 1969. To this union, twins were born, TJ and Jon. The family moved to Worland, Wyoming in the early 70s.
