First, was last month the town of Greybull tried to pass a breed specific ban, specifically wanting to ban pitbulls in the community.     CHEYENNE — The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has approved the Wyoming hemp regulatory plan and has granted authority to the Wyoming Department of Agriculture (WDA) to regulate the hemp industry in Wyoming. The WDA resubmitted the Wyoming hemp plan on Jan. 31, 2020 after USDA issued the Domestic Hemp Production Program interim final rule late last year.     On Sunday, February 23, 2020, WHP troopers located Ms. Lampus’s vehicle abandoned along Interstate 80 east of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Troopers and other law enforcement agencies searched the area but were unable to locate Ms. Lampus.
