The Worland Warriors qualified for the 3A State boys basketball tournament being held in Casper Thursday through Saturday. The Warriors beat the Lovell Bulldogs 56-49 in the 3A West regional loser-out game to advance to the third-place game against the Pinedale Wranglers. Rocky Mountain Power is reporting on their Facebook Page, that they are responding to an outage impacting 2,703 customers initially in Worland. The cause, according to Rocky Mountain Power spokesperson Dave Eskelsen was a "car-pole mishap." Eskelsen said that at 1:44 the servicemen isolated the damage and restored power to 2,690 customers, leaving 13 customers without power.
