    WORLAND — The Washakie County School District No. 1 Board of Trustees Monday night approved an amendment to the Worland Aquatic Center Joint Powers Board agreement and a new policy proposal in hopes of allowing the board an avenue to access some of the endowment funds.     CODY (AP) — A deer killed by police officers who were culling a herd in Cody has tested positive for chronic wasting disease, a contagious neurological disease. Game and Fish regional wildlife supervisor Alan Osterlund tells the Cody Enterprise that the last time a dead mule deer from the Cody herd tested positive for CWD was April 2015.     CODY (AP) — New guidelines have been developed for the popular summertime Cody gunfight shows in response to an accident that left three spectators wounded during a performance last year.
