    CHEYENNE — The Wyoming Senate gutted a so-called “stand your ground” bill that sought to provide initial immunity from arrest and prosecution for assault or murder to anyone who claimed self-defense. In a contentious vote Tuesday, the Senate removed the immunity provision and brought the measure inline with current Wyoming law, which allows individuals to use force in self-defense but only if doing so is reasonable.     WORLAND — Washakie County School District No. 1 is now accepting nominations for the inaugural district hall of fame class. Superintendent David Nicholas reported at Monday’s board meeting that information about the hall of fame, as well as information on how to nominate is available on the district’s website.     Reba Martin (Shryack) Dill, age of 88 of Worland died on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Billings, MT after a brief battle with lung cancer. Reba was born on March 7, 1929 in Enterprise, Mississippi to William Kyle and Pearl Mae (Moody) Higgenbotham. Reba was the youngest of 3 daughters. In 1950, Reba married Fred Shryack in Buffalo, WY.
