    WORLAND – Last weekend, the WHS speech and debate team had a meet in Greybull where they grabbed another win. Worland placed second overall and captured first place for 3A schools. Multiple individuals and duets broke through during the meet. Sullie-Ann Keuntjes won overall in dramatic interpretation.     CHEYENNE - Wyoming senators amended a “stand your ground” bill for the second day in a row before passing it Wednesday. Pressure mounted on senators Tuesday as they voted to remove an immunity provision that its sponsor, Sen. Anthony Bouchard, R-Cheyenne, said gutted the bill. On Wednesday, senators pushed two amendments that were adopted to give the bill back some of its teeth.     CHEYENNE – Governor Matt Mead has chosen Edward Buchanan to fill the Secretary of State vacancy. Buchanan was one of three candidates the Wyoming Republican Party Central Committee sent to Governor Mead to replace Ed Murray who resigned from office on Feb. 9.     BASIN – During the South Big Horn County Hospital Board meeting Wednesday evening, the elephant in the room, the resignation of CEO John Adlesich, was officially accepted by the board unanimously, but left undiscussed leaving community members with many unanswered questions. She was born on March 2, 1990, in Worland, WY to parents James E. and Kimberly (Stutheit) Malin joining her big sister Maggie.
