    As all of you know who read the Daily News, Roger Youtz died on Feb. 24 in Billings. Roger was one of my favorite people and I was distressed that he’d passed on, even though he was 93. I first met Roger in the fall of 1958, when starting my sophomore year at Worland High School. Roger had been teaching and coaching at the Greybull High School.     BASIN — Longtime Basin civil servant, teacher and coach Phil Juillard died Sunday, March 5, in Casper. Juillard, a longtime coach at Burlington, Greybull, Ten Sleep and Basin, was in Casper to watch 1A and 2A state championship basketball action. He served 36 years with the town of Basin, both as a council member and mayor. He first served the town as a council member for 10 years, then mayor for 22 years.   • 'Antiques Roadshow' cancels Gillette stop

    GILLETTE (AP) — The long-running PBS television program “Antiques Roadshow” has canceled its summer stop in Gillette. The network says in a press release that logistical issues led to the decision. It says planning is underway to reschedule a stop in Wyoming as part of a future tour. Gillette was a last-minute addition to the show’s tour that will start in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, in June. The Gillette News Record reports that the show was planned for Aug. 19 at the Cam-plex.     BUFFALO - The third time was the charm for the Worland Lady Warriors as they took down rival Douglas High School 56-40 for the 3A East regional championship Saturday night at Buffalo High School.
