    LARAMIE (WNE) — Hope Quade, who oversees IT in the Albany County Courthouse, suggested to commissioners last week there needs to be mandatory training on internet safety for some county employees. Quade is the county’s account manager for Medicine Bow Technologies, which is currently contracted to handle the county’s IT needs.     BASIN - A Ten Sleep man held on $500,000 cash bond in Basin on three felony counts after a shooting incident on Feb. 3 at the HiWay Bar and Café in Manderson has been held over for a jury trial in Fifth Judicial District Court. Royal, 45, pleaded guilty to stalking three different Worland women during a change of plea and sentencing hearing in front of Fifth Judicial District Circuit Court Judge Edward Luhm Thursday, Feb. 28. Under a plea deal, Royal will be sentenced to three years supervised probation with a one-year suspended jail sentence for the three misdemeanors.     RIVERTON (WNE) — A Riverton man was arrested Saturday after driving his truck into Ocean Lake. Jeremy Hernandez, 47, of Riverton, was treated for exposure before being arrested for driving under the influence as a result of the incident, which he reported at about 11:35 p.m. Saturday.
