    An old friend of mine died a couple of months ago. He was Aubrey Daryll Wills and everyone called him Daryll, if they didn’t refer to him as Dr. Wills. The Wyoming Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) is seeing an increase in fraudulent phone calls and media ads directed to Medicare beneficiaries, offering back, neck, and other types of braces. In many situations, the caller falsely claims to be a Medicare representative checking on a patient’s arthritis or back pain.     Red Cross opening shelter in Douglas at 4:30 PM Red Cross of Wyoming will be opening a shelter at 4:30 PM at the Converse County National Guard Armory, 315 Pearson Rd. in Douglas to assist those people affected by the blizzard and the closure of I-25. The Wyoming Army National Guard's Douglas, Wyoming, readiness center, has been opened as a temporary shelter for stranded motorists.
