    WORLAND — A nationwide movement to bring a voice to those suffering in silence from mental illness, substance abuse and suicide has come to Wyoming. The idea is call Project Semicolon. A semicolon is used when an author could have ended a sentence with a period, but didn’t.     The Wyoming Department of Transportation's Lander office will be closed until further notice beginning Monday following a Sunday morning crash which caused significant damage to the building. As an infant he moved with his parents to Oklahoma where he lived until of grade school age, returning then to the family farm in Grundy Center, Iowa.
