    WORLAND – The state cheerleading competition takes place today with schools from all around the state competing in a variety of different categories.     CHEYENNE – New details about the suspect in a Cheyenne bank robbery have been released by the FBI. A man wearing a light blue surgical mask and heavy jacket robbed the Warren Federal Credit Union at gunpoint around 11:20 a.m. Feb. 29 and got away with cash. The bank is located in Safeway at 700 South Greeley Highway in Cheyenne. Special Agents describe the man as white or light-skinned black male, about six-foot tall, and 185 pounds.     WORLAND – The City of Worland Planning Commission met Monday night for their scheduled meeting to discuss and review a sketch plan for a resubdivision. The sketch plan up for discussion and review was for the re-subdivision of lots owned by the Sugar Beet Hilltop Estates Homeowners Association for Russell Nomura and Todd Rhodes.     Audrey Irene Rubis, age 88, went to be with her Lord surrounded by her family on Monday, March 7, 2016. Audrey was born October 7, 1927 in Basin to Peter and Marie (Hartman) Miller. She attended school in Basin and Worland. After Audrey graduated from high school, she worked at the feed store, for an optometrist, and then worked as a secretary for the bank.
