    CHEYENNE — Lauren Haiar of Sundance Secondary School is this year’s winner of the Wyoming State Poetry Out Loud competition held in Cheyenne Monday. Taelor Nielsen of Worland High School was named as runner-up with Carlos Gonzales of Buffalo High School receiving third place honors. Nielsen was runner-up in 2016 as well.     RIVERTON (AP) — Prosecutors have filed a first-degree murder charge against a Riverton man accused of killing his former roommate with a claw hammer during an argument. The Riverton Ranger reports 27-year-old Florin Brandon Wyatt was initially charged with second-degree murder in the death of 56-year-old Keith Stephenson, whose body was found in a home Sunday morning.     Lyle Earl Hall retired pharmacist, passed away peacefully at the Worland Healthcare on March 10, 2017. He had reached the ripe old age of 91. Lyle was born on February 20, 1926 in Bridgeport, Nebraska, the first son born to Earnest and Charlotte (Laing) Hall. He attended school in Gering, Nebraska. Following graduation, he joined the US Navy and served with the Naval Construction Battalion on the Island of Tinian.
