    WORLAND — Wyoming Governor Matt Mead signed on gun rights legislation on Wednesday while vetoing another. Governor Mead signed Original House Bill 194, School Safety and Security. This law authorizes school districts to adopt rules for concealed carry on school property. The rules must provide an application and approval process, safeguarding and training requirements, and a process for revoking authorization.     Gerald (Jerry) Walters, 74, long time resident of Ten Sleep, Wyoming, passed away on March 12, 2017, as a result of a snowmobile accident. Jerry was born May 7, 1942, in Huron, South Dakota to Elmer and Esther (Wittrock) Walters. Raised on a family farm, Jerry attended school in Bancroft, South Dakota.     LANDER — The Wyoming Highway Patrol released the names of the three teenagers killed in a fatal crash Tuesday. A fatal crash north of Lander, Wyoming has resulted in three deaths. The crash occurred on March 14th at 8:12 p.m. on Wyoming State Highway 789 at mile post 84 approximately two miles north of Lander.
