    ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) — A robber in Virginia ruined his own getaway — first by breaking his leg in a jump off a balcony, and then by calling the authorities to help him.     WORLAND – Washakie County commissioners heard from a variety of county departments on Tuesday, including a request from Worland Fire Protection District Chief Chris Kocher, requesting reimbursement for flood control efforts during the month of February.     CODY (AP) — Thirteen Cody School District teachers have chosen to take early retirement packages as the district struggles with budget issues. The Cody Enterprise reports that in addition to the 13 retirements, a few other staff members resigned, leading to 15-plus open positions.
