WORLAND — The Washakie County School District No. 1 Board of Trustees approved on first reading changes to the early graduation policy. The board first heard about the proposal last month as a discussion item and the policy came back to the board for official action. The policy change will require three readings. WORLAND - Washakie County Sheriff Steve Rakness is warning area residents of another telephone scam telling people that they have won a car or money and to receive your prize all you have to do is send the scammers “insurance” money. “This is a scam, you will not get any money, you will not get a car,” Rakness said. “Do not give out any money to someone you do not know,” he added.
