  • Riverton man sentenced to 10-12 years in prison in 2014 fatal crash

    WORLAND – A Riverton man appeared in the Wyoming Fifth Judicial District Court in Worland Wednesday afternoon and pleaded guilty to two charges from a 2014 crash that resulted in one death. As a result, Rick Lee Capellen was sentenced to 17 years in the Wyoming State Penitentiary for the Sept. 22, 2014, crash that resulted in the death of Karen Davis of Worland.
