    RIVERTON — A bill the Wyoming Legislature approved this year saved Fremont County School District 2 in Dubois from a more than 3 percent reduction in funding.     WORLAND – The National Forensic League National Qualifiers took place two weeks ago in Lander with Worland High School qualifying two members for the national competition in June.     WORLAND – Three Worland residents are being held on $30,000 bond after a drug bust last week resulted in several felony charges of child endangerment and possession or delivery of methamphetamine.
