    Drivers can expect to see WYDOT crews installing 70 mph speed limit signs around the state in April to bring the roads up to the new statutory speed limit for non-interstate highways in Wyoming. WYDOT expects to have about 1,500 miles of highways raised to the 70 mph limit by the end of April, with another 1,000 miles to follow in May. WYDOT’s 511 Travel Information Service map at www.wyoroad.info will be updated to show each highway increased to the 70 mph limit when the signing is completed on that section.     WORLAND – A City of Worland council member brought up the idea of incorporating a dog park in an existing park for the community and their hounds to enjoy at the March 15 Worland City Council meeting.     CASPER (AP) — Wyoming is one of several states involved in a settlement of a massive fraud case involving two cancer charities labeled “shams” by the Federal Trade Commission. The Casper Star-Tribune reports that Wyoming Attorney General Peter Michael announced the settlement with Cancer Fund of America and Cancer Support Services Wednesday.
