    CHEYENNE (AP) — Donald Trump’s presidential campaign has all but thrown in the towel in Wyoming ahead of Saturday’s Republican convention. The shop, located on Big Horn Avenue in the downtown corridor, is owned by Lisa Weamer, an experienced bike rider and Montana State graduate.
