    WORLAND – The Wyoming State Board of Education (SBE) is set to meet in Worland Thursday and Friday in the Washakie County School District No. 1 Board of Trustees room to discuss the implementation of Every Student Succeeds Act and other legislative tasks.     Ron Paul Urbanski, 60, passed away on April 8th in Casper, WY surrounded by his family. Ron was born to Lillian and Lyle Urbanski on September 21, 1955 in Powell, WY. He had two older siblings, Kathryn and Lyle. He attended Powell High School and had a long career as a vehicle mechanic. He married Kate Moore and had two children, Angie and Nicholas. Ron was an excellent mechanic and avid sportsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and reloading ammunition. Ron spent his later years in Casper, WY where his daughter and family live.
