    ROCK SPRINGS (AP) — Wyoming lawmakers continue to wrestle with setting criminal penalties for possession of marijuana edibles that are increasingly coming in from Colorado and other states where the drug is legal.     CODY — A recent wildfire on Yellowtail Wildlife Habitat Management Area (WHMA) east of Lovell burned approximately 863 acres of cottonwood riparian habitat and wetlands along the Bighorn River and will affect wildlife habitat and future hunting opportunity.     CHEYENNE — A two state pursuit ended safely west of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming on April 27th resulting in Wyoming Highway Patrol Troopers arresting a wanted homicide suspect out of South Dakota.
