    I’ve been suffering from a nasty cold/flu bug the last week or so. It’s not terribly serious, but enough to make life relatively miserable and to stop me from some of my normal routines.     CHEYENNE — The Research & Planning section of the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services reported last week that the state’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate fell from 4.0 percent in February to 3.9 percent in March, which was its lowest level in three years.     Bruce Vernon Fritzler, 88, passed away in Casper, Wyoming on Friday, April 27, 2018. Born October 28, 1929 in Worland, Wyoming, he was the son of Henry H. and Edith O. (Bower) Fritzler. He married his high school sweetheart, Stella May Porter, in 1951 and they were loving companions for 67 years. Bruce graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1952 with an Art degree.
