    WORLAND - Next week the 3A East regional track and field meet in Douglas will be underway but for this week the Worland High School track team will focus on their final meet of the regular season in Cody Friday afternoon.     WORLAND – Washakie County Commissioners heard concerns from the county Maintenance Department, after damages to the Lighthouse facility, due to a violent episode from an out-of-county patient in April. The seven-bed Lighthouse center run by Cloud Peak Counseling, houses almost 70 patients per year, per average, from Big Horn, Hot Springs, Park, Fremont and Washakie counties.     WORLAND — Members of the Chief Washakie FFA had a good showing at the 91st Wyoming State FFA Convention held in Laramie and Cheyenne two weeks ago. With 26 members participating on the state level in one fashion or another and 19 attending the convention, members were recognized for their hard work. Chief Washakie FFA turned in a record number of proficiency applications in mid-march, 74 in total with 13 of those winning state champion honors, 17 state runners up and a total of 45 in the top 3 for $5,700 won by chapter members.
