    Ray Haase passed away on April 20, 2018. Ray was born on June 30, 1939 in Torrington, WY to Ernest and Stasia Haase. He attended school in Torrington and, after graduation, moved to Cheyenne, WY where he worked for Cheyenne Light & Power Co.
