(AP) — Vice President Mike Pence is planning to visit Billings on Friday to help fellow Republican Greg Gianforte stump for votes ahead of the May 25 special election to fill Montana’s only seat in the U.S. House.     WORLAND — The Washakie County School District No. 1 Board of Trustees reviewed a list of 57 capital projects during a special work session Monday. The district receives about $1 million annually for capital projects. Business Manager Jack Stott told the board members that about half of the requests will have to be trimmed to fit into this year’s allocation.     The Riverton Police Department posted Tuesday night that, “A safety issue has been identified within Fremont County school district #25. Preventative actions are being taken. Additional police patrols will be present at all district school facilities Wednesday May 10th.
