    JACKSON (WNE) — State wildlife managers have halved the number of female grizzly bears that hunters could target this fall, a change that means hunters will be limited to one-at-a-time access in the core of the species’ range in Wyoming. The Wyoming Game and Fish Department announced Thursday that it downsized its female grizzly hunt quota from two bears to one during the 2018 season.     Anna Mae Kimps, 88, of Worland, Wyoming passed away on May 8, 2018. Annie was born on June 15, 1929 to Charles and Puline (Phillips) LaMal. Annie was raised at Humbolt, Wisconsin (near Green Bay) and attended schools there. Her schooling ended at the 8th grade because there were no buses to take them to a high school.
