    WORLAND — The sidewalk improvement project that was slated to continue this week but due to the forecast of rain most of the week the project was postponed, according to Wyoming Department of Transportation project engineer Dan McAfee.     LARAMIE — The positions of 37 current employees of the University of Wyoming will be eliminated as of June 30, part of UW’s response to a loss of $42 million in state funding for the current biennium.
