    WORLAND – The Washakie County Commission met for their mid-May meeting on Tuesday, and voted to maintain current salaries for elected county officials, citing overall state budget woes as a reason to not consider raises at this time. According to Wyoming statute, the board of county commissioners of each county shall meet not later than June 1, every four years, for the purpose of setting salaries.     TEN SLEEP — A Pennsylvania man was injured in a one-vehicle crash on U.S. 16 about noon on Monday. According to Wyoming Highway Patrol Trooper John Hoffman, Enos Martin, 35, of Pennsylvania was driving a tractor-trailer combination, hauling an excavator westbound on U.S. 16. “He was going too fast for the curve, locked up his brakes and drove through the guardrail on the switchback,” Hoffman said.     No traffic delays are expected Thursday during the concrete bridge deck pour over Sage Creek on U.S. 310/Wyoming 789 between Lovell and Cowley in northwest Wyoming. "We are expecting to pour about 190 cubic yards of concrete beginning at 6 a.m. Thursday. The concrete work will involve the entire bridge deck over Sage Creek," according to Wyoming Department of Transportation resident engineer Michael Miller of Basin.
