    LANDER- Over the weekend Lander was host to the 2A/1A West regional track meet and the schools from the basin compete against other teams from the region. Burlington The BHS track team, while small in numbers and rather green, had a terrific day in Lander.     WORLAND — A Wyoming Department of Transportation asphalt paving crew is scheduled for work beginning next week in Big Horn and Washakie counties. All work is dependent upon favorable weather.     SHERIDAN (AP) — Authorities say a man was killed when he fell while rock climbing in Sheridan County. The Sheridan Press reports 58-year-old Dean Darling, of Hyattville, fell in the Tongue River Canyon on Sunday afternoon. He was dead when first responders arrived.     CHEYENNE – On Friday, the Obama Administration in a joint letter by the Department of Education and Department of Justice informed school districts how the two agencies will determine whether schools receiving federal funds are complying with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX).
