    On April 25th, two days before her 56th birthday, Julia Ann Larsen passed away peacefully at her home in Reno, Nevada. Julie was born April 27, 1962 in Worland, the daughter of Barbara (Klemm) and Duane Scholes. She graduated from Worland High School in 1980, University of Wyoming and University of Nevada/Reno where she attained her Master’s Degree in Pharmacy.     WORLAND — Although the Worland City Council has not made a firm decision on whether they will proceed with hiring a new building official, following the resignation of Nick Kruger earlier this month, they have begun advertising for the position. During the council meeting Tuesday night, Clerk/Treasurer Tracy Glanz notified the council that she would begin advertising for a building official so she would be able to move forward, whichever direction the council moves.     TEN SLEEP – A Basin man is facing multiple charges, including evading law enforcement, after a trespassing call in Ten Sleep resulted in an arrest on Monday. At approximately 8 p.m. on Sunday, Washakie County Sheriff deputies responded to a trespassing call at the parsonage building behind the Mountain View Church.
