    WORLAND – The Big Horn Basin received a steady amount of precipitation over the weekend, resulting in up to an inch of rain in the high lands, to .73 in Worland. According to the National Weather Service Hydrologic Service in Riverton, area rivers and lakes were not immediately affected, although runoff will continue for the next week.     CHEYENNE (AP) — The Wyoming Department of Transportation has expanded free Wi-Fi availability at rest stops, welcome and information centers around the state. The newest locations with Wi-Fi are the rest areas located at Chugwater, Dwyer Junction and Orin Junction, all on Interstate 25 between Cheyenne and Casper.     Virginia Viola Whitlock Kimzey, 100, passed away on May 19, 2017 at the Worland Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Virginia was born on March 12, 1917 in Otto, Wyoming to Andrew and Ludina (Anderson) Whitlock. She was the oldest of 6 children. Virginia learned early in life to work hard and help wherever and whenever she was needed.
