    WORLAND — With Hot Springs County Sheriff Lou Falgoust retiring after four terms heading the county law enforcement department, the race is wide open with four filing for the Republican nomination.     WORLAND – Thursday night at Worland High School, the 54 students making up the drama department were honored. The banquet was to award students of their outstanding work and participation during the year. Students were awarded plaques, certificates, and pins for their time spent this school year with the drama department.
