    Casper- The Thermopolis Bobcats Jacob Hart, Domanic Jensen, Tyler Cornwell, Cody Bjorhus, Chandra Maddock, Haley McDermott, Maggie Ryan and Jules Ward were named to the 2A All-State track and field team. And the Bobcats finished runner-up and the Lady Bobcats were fourth at the State Track and Field Championships in Casper.     WORLAND - Washakie County Commissioner Dale Wagner is being remembered this week as a man wanting to serve his community, someone who was detailed oriented and conscientious. Wagner, who was in the midst of his first four-year term as one of Washakie County's three commissioners, died Sunday in Billings after a brief battle with cancer.     A Sheridan man sustained injuries after a single-car rollover north of Manderson Saturday evening. According to Trooper BJ Kidgell, 50-year-old Michael Hart was travelling north from Sheridan in a 1999 Acura Legend four-door sedan at 6:49 p.m. on US 20. Hart drifted to the right around mile marker 185 and corrected in some soft dirt turning the vehicle sideways.     CHEYENNE - James C. "Jim" Good, who represented Wyoming at the prestigious National Championship Air Races in Reno for decades, is the 2016 inductee into the Wyoming Aviation Hall of Fame. Good, who served as an ambassador for aviation in the state for half a century, died in Casper on April 24 at the age of 83.
