    Former Worland resident James Tolley, 96, passed away peacefully at his home in Aurora Missouri on May 16. He joins his loving wife Helen of 70 years that passed away March 25. James served his country as forward gunner on a Navy Troop Transport in WWII.     Eva LaVonne Pennoyer, 88, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital in Thermopolis. Born August 17, 1928 in Ten Sleep, Wyoming, she was the daughter of Arnold and Mary (Jones) Waln. After high school, LaVonne attended Northwest College in Powell, WY where she acquired a teaching degree.
