    WORLAND - Hot Springs County Emergency Management Coordinator Bill Gordon issued a press release stating that he is heightening monitoring after receiving information that the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation will be increasing the release of water from Boysen Reservoir from 7,000 cfs (cubic feet per second) to 8,000 cfs instead of reducing the flow as originally announced by the Bureau.     WASHINGTON (AP) — Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke said Wednesday he is ordering a review of federal efforts to conserve the imperiled sage grouse to ensure that officials in 11 Western states where the bird lives are fully consulted. She was born August 4, 1922 in Arco, ID the daughter of Oliver B. and Elsie (Wilhite) Bain. She received her education in Worland, Wyoming graduating from High School in 1941.     Eleanor Faye Van Antwerp, 78, passed away Tuesday, June 06, 2017, at her residence in Thermopolis surrounded by her loving family.
